Deaerators GK INTEX BOA, DCV, DC, HVAC, BCD, etc.
BOA - atmospheric vacuum deaeration unit is installed at thermal power plants for deaeration of feed water supplied to steam generators and make-up water supplied to the heating network.
DCV - centrifugal vortex deaerator is designed to remove the bulk of gases from deaerated water and simultaneously heat it to saturation temperature under vacuum, atmospheric and high pressure conditions.
The DC - drip dispersant is designed for the final purification of deaerated water from gases by the method of water dispersion (spraying).
The HVAC contact vapor cooler is designed to cool the vapor coming from the centrifugal vortex DCV deaerator and the BCD drip deaeration tank (or the BDA deaerator tank).
BCD - drip dispersion tank The unit is designed for storage and settling of deaerated water coming from the drip DC dispersant, followed by its discharge into the deaerated water line.
The EV-jet ejector is designed for suction of the vapor-gas mixture and creating a vacuum in the Vapor Cooler, the Centrifugal Vortex DCV Deaerator and the BCD Drip Deaeration Tank (deaerator tank).
The BGO - tank gas separator is necessary for: receiving working water from the vapor cooler and (in the case of the installation in vacuum mode) ejectors; separation of aggressive gases from working water; receiving tank for working water pumps.
The water-water ejector is designed for pumping water from the Drip Deaeration Tank of the BCD (deaeration tank), located under vacuum, at its low location above the pumping station of the heating system (below 10 meters).
